These designs are made with Love just for you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for custom design and shipping. The product is shipped express.

In the rare event that you are unhappy with the fit of your shoe, Woven Dance will process a one-time free exchange.

Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.

Free Exchanges will only be allowed once per shoe order. 

In order for a free exchange to be processed, buyers must provide the following information: reason the shoe didn’t fit (i.e., too small,
too big, too narrow), the new size requested by the customer, customer name, order number, and store name.

You will not be required to return the original shoes to receive a free exchange under this policy.

To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided sizing charts on our product specifications pages for high-tops, low-tops, slip-ons, sneakers, women's casual shoes, flip flops, and boots.

Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange by Woven Dance.

Free sizing exchange requests only apply to high tops, low tops, sneakers, boots, casual shoes, flip flops, faux fur boots and slip-ons.  No other product in the Woven Dance catalog is eligible for a free size exchange.
